Dispatch services are covered by a separate agreement

Nothing on this website is a contract for dispatch services. Our fee, what is included and how either side can end the relationship are set out in the written dispatch agreement you sign before we book any load. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

We are a dispatch service working for carriers. We are not a freight broker, a load board, an insurance agency, a lender or a law firm, and we do not guarantee any rate, number of loads or income.

Calculators are estimates

Our calculators give estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown under each tool. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and they do not replace your own judgment, a scale ticket or the current text of the regulations. Always check before you accept a load.

Guides are general information

Our guides are general information for flatbed carriers. They are not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Regulations, rates and company terms change; we date our sources and correct errors as described in our editorial policy, but you are responsible for checking the current rules and speaking to a qualified professional about your situation.

Forms and consent

When you submit an application or message, you confirm the details are yours and accurate. If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted about dispatch services as described next to it. Consent is not a condition of service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your details.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit someone else's details or false information.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site or its forms.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
