FlatbedDispatch is an independent dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets running their own authority with flatbeds, step decks and conestogas. We find and negotiate loads, handle broker setup and paperwork, and you approve every load before it is booked.
Why only flatbeds
One kind of freight, done properly
Open-deck freight is its own trade: securement rules, tarps, deck heights, permits and shippers who load with cranes. A dispatcher who books vans on Monday and flatbeds on Tuesday misses the details that cost you money. So we only dispatch semis pulling open-deck trailers, and the desk works that freight every day.

How the desk works
What we do, and what we are not
We work for the carrier. We search the major load boards and call our broker and shipper contacts, check every load against your deck, gear and minimum rate, and negotiate the rate, tarp pay and accessorials. You get the full numbers and say yes or no. Then we handle the rate con, check calls, detention claims and a weekly report.
We are not a broker, a load board, an insurance agency, a lender or a law firm. We do not promise rates or loads; markets move, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing.

The terms, in writing
- 6% of gross for one truck
- 5% of gross for 2 or more trucks
- No setup fee, no minimums
